During the disruption of COVID-19, I successfully led the introduction of a new HR operating model across two UK manufacturing sites for a well known, global blue-chip manufacturer. This meant supporting leaders and employees through remote transformation while maintaining operational continuity. The result was a smooth transition that safeguarded compliance, protected jobs and prepared the sites for the post-pandemic future.
The experience strengthened my ability to support leaders through periods of uncertainty, organisational change and operational pressure across a range of business environments.

Over my career I’ve played a critical role in the defence of high-stakes cases including whistleblowing, sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination, and unfair dismissal.
